Version 2.13.03

This is a patch release to fix small checklist parsing bugs. It also includes the latest DISA templates mentioned below.

Bug fix on parsing combined CKL checklist files to use the proper STIG Type, version and release
Bug fix on parsing the CKLB checklist files, single or combined, to use the proper full STIG title for listing and upgrading
Bug fix on the Hardware Device report for an improper table configuration making the page fail loading
Updated the internal version to 2.13.03 on setup and configuration
DISA Template updates as of January 23, 2026 from DISA public.cyber.mil
