Seeing the Open POAM Items for What You Are Viewing

Team subpackage pages show the same orange “Open POAM” tab as the system package pages when there are open POAM items tied to what is on your screen. The tab, the slide-out panel, and the paging work the same way described in Related POAM Items for system packages.

An open POAM item is any item that is not Completed or Accepted.

Only Your Team’s Items

The count and the listing only include items in your Team Subpackage POAM: items from a checklist in your team subpackage, a device in your team subpackage, or an other technology project assigned to your team subpackage. Items from the rest of the system package are not counted, so the number is normally smaller than the one on the matching system package page.

Click an item in the panel to open it in your Team Subpackage POAM in a new tab, or click “Open the POAM listing” to go to the full Team Subpackage POAM listing.

Editing a Hardware Record

When you edit a hardware record from the Hardware Assets listing, the Edit Hardware Entry window shows a notice at the top with the number of open POAM items for that device. Click “View” in the notice to open the Open POAM Items panel for that device.
