Administrator Settings and Functions
If you are an application administrator, you have a few extra functions you can do across the whole application listed below.
Licenses
To use OpenRMF® Professional fully you must have a valid license. You can read more on adding and listing licenses in the License Help Area.
Settings
There are several settings in the Settings area for the banner top and bottom, the splash page and consent text, as well as the audit log filtering across the whole system. You can read more on that in the Settings Help Area.
Audit Logs
The Audit Logs for creating, reading, deleting, generating, and updating data can be viewed here based on the Audit Log settings. You can read more on that in the Audit Help Area.
External API Integration
The External API Integration is to create accounts and keys for applications, scripts, or services to interact with OpenRMF® Professional from an external aspect. Use this to automate loading SCAP scans, Nessus scans, Checklist files and downloading XLSX of certain reports and listings automatically without needing an interactive user. You can read more on that in the External API Help Area.
System Packages Listing
The System Packages Listing allows administrators to view a listing of all system packages and show their status. From here an Administrator can mark them as read-only as well as delete them. Be careful as these cannot be undone! You can read more on that in the System Packages Listing Help Area.
Managing Globally Available Compliance Overlays
The Compliance Overlays area allows Administrators to create and manage compliance overlays that anyone using this OpenRMF® Professional installation can use and pull into their system package. You can read more on that in the Compliance Overlays Help Area.
Managing Globally Available Mitigation Statements
The Mitigation Statements area allows Administrators to create and manage mitigation statements that anyone using this OpenRMF® Professional installation can use and pull into their system package to apply to their POAM. You can read more on that in the Mitigation Statements Help Area.
