Your User Profile

The User Profile area of your account is available from the top right menu area. The profile is linked to the integrated Keycloak application behind the scenes and keeps track of your username, email, name, password, and your roles and system group access.

Editing your Profile

Click the icon in the top right of the menu area of OpenRMF^® Professional when logged in and you will be taken to your User Profile page. You can update your name and email, update your password, and setup two-factor authentication in the Authenticator area.

Two Factor Authentication

Within your user profile you can setup using an Authentication application such as Google Authenticator to enable two factor authentication. Click the setUpNew link in the Account Security –> Signing In area of your profile. Then follow the instructions on the screen and enter the code and device information to link your account up to the authentication code.
