Bulk Edit Checklist Details

You can bulk edit checklist details from the listing of checklists as well. You can choose checklists on the system package page by clicking in the checkboxes and from the bulk menu choose Bulk Edit Details. Verify the action and then the edit details screen appears.

From this screen you can specify the fields to change by clicking the slider just above the field name to turn it on. Then select the correct entry or enter the valid hostname or IP, etc. to save the data. Click the “Save changes” button to save the data in those checklists.

All of the checklists selected will have a copy of the current checklist data saved for history, update the new checklist data and save the checklist record as the active version. Now when you list or export the checklist data the latest information will be used. If you export the CKL file the valid checklist fields in the CKL file also are updated.

The speed of the updates will depend on the CPU and Memory allocated to your installation, the usage and number of active users, and the number of items you selected to be updated.
