Bulk Download Checklists

You can bulk download checklists as .ckl or .cklb files to a ZIP in order to use them or send them to external people and/or applications to use as proper artifacts.

You can choose checklists on the system package page by clicking in the checkboxes and from the bulk menu choose Download (.ckl) or Download (.cklb) for the two formats supported. Verify the action and then the checklists download into a .zip file.

Note: the maximum you can select from this screen is 500 to download into a ZIP file. If you need to do more than that, consider using the External API and scripting the download.

The speed of generating and downloading the ZIP file will depend on the CPU and Memory allocated to your installation, the usage and number of active users, and the number of items you selected to be updated.
